Reality TV

AF and AI is drawing to an end and I can't wait. Reality TV is a huge distraction akin to being drawn to finish a box set of 8 cd's of Japanese or Korean drama in one go ,so addictive. I did not follow AF6 so much because I thought it was rather boring initially but after concert 3 I got hooked by Stacy and Nadia .

AI is a different matter it is something I look forward to every year from auditions to the finale.. somehow eventhough the talent is not as big as previous years in certain seasons it is still something you just have to follow from start to finish perhaps its the judges views that enthralls the viewers but I find Simon's comment are spot on most times.

In AF we learnt recently that Stanly lost his mom . A first in AF history that this had happend. Poor Stanley , it would seem that the act of denying him the finals by the voters also represents the loosing of his mother days after he was booted out.. perhaps his mom was waiting to see him before she leaves the world.. such wretched -wretched news. It would seem that the production was on standby mode all the time before and during concert learning of the critical state his mom was in. My condolences to him and his loved once may he be strong and resolute in this difficult time. Wasir!!

Meanwhile in the Akademi...

Each students got 2 songs.. but I just cant fathom whyyyyy the songs are not more erm..sedap! at least give lah a FINAL material! We want magic , good songs and great entertainment this Saturday somewhat rivalling that of the AI finals but am not keeping my hopes up.

Can't wait of the shows to be over... May Stacy claim her deserved spot and go down the annals of history to be the first person from Borneo (Sabah/Sarawak) to win AF and may Cook win and go on to greater heights! here is to HOPE!
