ADA CINTA - Stacy & Nubhan
Just when American Idol is drawing to its seasons end so will AF6. Five students made it to the finals whilst stanly was the casualty for the 9th Concert. Judging by his performance I am of the opinion that it was justified as out of the lot he gave the least palatable performance. What was interesting was... Toi came out to be at the top after the concert and stacy came second both at 19%.. I guess thats reality TV.
I was absolutely enthralled by Nubhan and Stacy's duet performance last nite , not pitch perfect but so heartfelt with emotions coming through when they sang it brings across the message of the song.. loved it! My pick for the top 3 would be Stacy, Riz and Nadia in that order! For Stacy I have not seen any AF students tested week after week with different genre of music AND given high packed choreographed performance while singing and excelled .. Riz has shown that he can perform and has a lovely tone and Nadia shows so much promise. Nubhan has an exceptional commercial tone but he needs to find his zone and listen to his teachers.. Angsa and pitch problems is sooo unacceptable.. Toi finally opened his mouth last nite and performed as he should have done weeks before.
Not sure what the finals will bring we do know that Stacy was given a new song again a fast number ..and Riz was given a ballad.. this is gonna be interesting to watch. Can't wait!
