TWENTY THIRTEEN
Left too long this blog of mine.. its been a year and a LOT of things have changed.. including my weight *sighs* but hopefully that will change this year. A New Year eve spent with my loving family.. 2 days after back to work full swing.
It has been three weeks into the new year .. so far.. on the work front we know it will get messier then ever .. a learning curve and will definitely bring in the paradigm shift however way we look at it. Hoping though it will end well (thats the optimistic me talking).
Three weeks into the New Year on the health front . . it has been 2 course of antibiotics.. from bad flu and swollen gums now having chest infections with bronchospasm... duh.. coughing your guts out is not conducive to my plans .. you cough every hour and cant get any decent sleep.. Allah have mercy on me and may my sins be forgiven. Now to pick up where i left off early last year.. yes.. my fitness regime and healthier diet.
This coming week will be heavy with important meetings and all that. Will for sure try to get on the health bandwagon.. sleep earlier and have a more healthier and balanced lifestyle .
This year.. My Lil'D started year 1...guess who was more nervous.. yes I was not ready but thankfully D was excited and so ready to go into his new school.. so far so good and am hoping for a great great experience it is what I call the second hurdle after montessori .. primary school! He has gotten many merit stars and its only 2 weeks of school :)
On that note here's to a better and more fulfilling year!
